This policy covers the T4ARemote apps (Windows and Android), our relay servers and this website.
Screen images, keyboard and mouse input, clipboard, chat messages and transferred files are encrypted on your computer with a key derived from the password you choose, and decrypted only on the other computer. The relay servers that link the two computers only pass on these encrypted bytes. We have no way to decrypt them and we do not record them.

Country and city are looked up in a database stored on our own server — your IP address is not sent to any third-party location service.

Unusual-use flags are reviewed by a person. We never block a licence automatically because of them; we contact you first.
The app stores on your device, and never sends to us: your device ID, the relay address, your hosting password (encrypted), your acceptance of our terms, a local history of recent connections and your saved connections. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app and removing its data folder.
Our relay servers are located in [COUNTRY OF THE EU SERVER, e.g. Germany] (European Union) and in Singapore, provided by [EU HOSTING PROVIDER] and Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). The app connects to the server best suited to your location. When a computer in Asia is involved in a connection, the connection data listed in section 3 may be processed on the Singapore server.
Singapore is outside the European Union. Transfers there are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses included in our data processing agreement with the hosting provider. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards from us.
Purchases are handled by our reseller [Lemon Squeezy LLC / Paddle], which acts as Merchant of Record and processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com. We receive from it only your name, email address, country, the plan bought and the licence key — never your card details. Where data goes to the United States, it is protected by [the EU–US Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses].
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete the conversation [24] months after it ends unless it is needed for a licence or a legal claim.

Only the hosting providers that run our servers, the payment reseller (for purchases) and, if legally required, public authorities. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise them, write to support@takeit4all.eu; we answer within one month. Because connection logs contain no name or account, please include your device ID or licence key so that we can find your data.
You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.
T4ARemote is not intended for children under 16, and paid licences may only be bought by adults.
We will update this policy when the app or our services change, and show the new date at the top. Significant changes are announced in the app or by email to licence holders.
